<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a general-purpose device for newly finding out knowledge with respect to time series data to be analyzed by including a function for inputting, deleting, and editing background information or knowledge of a user which seems to have related to data recording for extracting knowledge which cannot be acquired only from time-series data as a tag, a function for recording the tag and a function for integrally visualizing the tag and the time series data. <P>SOLUTION: A tagging device for data includes: a function for recording time series data as a sequence of numerical values recorded with time such as sensor data or stock price data and meta data as external information relating to the recording of the data as a tag, together with occurrence time and end time; a function for visually displaying the data; a function for automatically collecting the meta data from the Internet, and for recording the meta data as a tag; and a function for enabling humans to add, delete and edit the tag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
