摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed charging system capable of achieving reduction in initial cost without a wide installation space as well as high speed charging into a secondary battery by small energy loss high-speed charging.

SOLUTION: In a high-speed charging system 100, a charge controller 2 performs first control that allows a power generator 1 to output a charging current in excess of a continuous rated current value of a power generator 1. The charge controller 2 performs second control that outputs a charging current of not more than a continuous rated current value of the power generator 1 to the power generator 1 after performing the first control.
