PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing and controlling a troubled hydraulic in a transmission for a hybrid vehicle is provided to determine whether or not the troubled hydraulic due to the problem of cleanliness of the transmission, thereby removing foreign matters. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing and controlling a troubled hydraulic in a transmission for a hybrid vehicle includes: a step(S10) of determining whether or not a first mode is converted into a second mode; a step(S20) of whether or not the hydraulic pressure of a clutch is generated and the hydraulic pressure exceeds a predetermined value; a step(S30) of determining the trouble of the vehicle when the hydraulic pressure of the clutch is generated or the hydraulic pressure exceeds a predetermined value; a step(S40) of forcibly actuating a direct control solenoid valve when the trouble of the vehicle is determined; and a step(S50) of re-determining whether or not the trouble of the vehicle is generated after step(S40).
