<p>The lift system (10) has a cabin (11), a drive unit (12) that moves the cabin, and a maintenance area (1). The maintenance area is provided in the upper area of the lift main structure. The maintenance area is separated from the top portion of the roof structure (2). A lifting mechanism (6) is provided for raising the roof structure. The lifting mechanism is biased by a spring arrangement against the force of gravity. The sidewall at the underside of roof structure is made of tarpaulin, plastic or metal.</p> |
