PURPOSE: A vacuum drum type concentrator with enhanced dehydration performance is provided to maximize dehydration efficiency, and to implement operational processes without a separate pre-dehydration process. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum drum type concentrator includes a coagulation reactor(100) and a drum concentrator(200). The coagulation reactor is equipped with a coagulation chamber(110). The drum concentrator is in connection with the coagulation reactor and includes a concentration chamber(210). A discharging chamber(150) is arranged at one side of the coagulation chamber. A spiral discharging guide(160) is vertically arranged in the discharging chamber. The lower end of the discharging chamber is in connection with the lower end of the concentration chamber. A vertical screen(220), which dehydrates sludge and discharges the dehydrated moisture to a treated water discharging hopper(270), is installed at one side of the concentration chamber. At least one vacuum suction pipe(280) is installed in a drum screen(240) and instantly generates vacuum by sucking air from the upper side of the drum screen.
