PURPOSE: A digital video recording multiplexer processing a signal from input channel is provided to improve image quality by video channel from the source level by independently applying various modules for image quality improvement to a plurality of input channels. CONSTITUTION: A comb filter (200) removes noise from an image signal inputted through an image signal input module (100). A deinterlacer (300) converts the input image signal of an interlaced format into a progressive format. A scaler (400) scales the input image signal. Each device is independently arranged by input channel. The progressive data processed by the channel is independently processed and outputted to a spot composer.
