PURPOSE: A light source module capable of dispersing light and a lighting system including the same are provided to form a pattern on a light guide panel and disperse light emitted from a luminous element, thereby removing hot spots, and to disperse light according to the shape of the light guide panel, thereby providing a light source module emitting light which has various shapes according to user needs. CONSTITUTION: A light source module includes a substrate(110) in which a cavity(112) is formed; a light guide panel(120) in which a pattern(112) is formed and which is also positioned in the cavity; and at least one luminous element(100) which is positioned in the cavity and between one surface of the light guide panel and one surface of the cavity. |
