<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of ensuring efficient battery cooling, by enhancing the cooling performance of the battery cell terminals and the joints of electrode terminals and bus bars. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of air flow inlets 8 and a plurality of air flow outlets 9 are formed in a case 10. The air flow outlet 9 opens at a part intersecting a virtual plane orthogonal to the cell thickness direction T passing through an electrode terminal in a wall constituting the case 10, i.e., an insulation cover 10a facing the electrode terminal and a bus bar 45.
