PURPOSE: A roaster for burning pellets is provided to forcibly supply the pellets to a combustion chamber through a pellet discharge port without being delayed at the pellet discharge port. CONSTITUTION: A roaster(1) for burning pellets comprises a pellet supply path(9) on the bottom of a pellet storage tub(4). A transfer screw(7) is mounted on the pellet supply path, and the pellets in the pellet storage tub are supplied to a combustion chamber. A pellet discharge port(20) with a smashing blade(30) is formed on the wall(40) at a discharge port side. The pellets are forcibly transferred by the transfer screw, and smashed by the smashing blade to be supplied to the combustion chamber. |
