PURPOSE: A cooling device of an electromagnet method is provided to simplify a structure by using a piezoelectric actuator. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) includes an internal space and an opening. A magnet(20) is included in the internal space. A diaphragm(30) includes the internal space of the housing and divides the internal space into bottom and top blower chambers. A coil(40) is equipped with one side of the diaphragm and generates electromagnetic force. |
