<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector for displaying that the projector is performing projection of a first image and a second image. <P>SOLUTION: A projector modulates luminous flux emitted from a light source in accordance with image information and projects a first image and a second image in a time division manner.
