<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of an ink containing a Prussian blue type complex, in which solidification of the ink has been improved, and to provide a method for manufacturing an electrochromic element using the ink. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the ink includes: a synthesizing step (Fig.2(a)) of mixing an aqueous solution containing a metal cyano complex anion having Fe as a center metal with a nitric acid aqueous solution containing a metal cation of a metal atom M1 to obtain a precipitate of a Prussian blue type complex represented by a structural formula of M1<SB POS="POST">x</SB>[Fe(CN)<SB POS="POST">6</SB>]<SB POS="POST">y</SB>, where x and y are optional integers; a cleaning step (Fig.2 (b) to Fig.2(e)) of repeating a procedure of mixing the resultant solution with a cleaning solution, extraction of a precipitate 11 and disposal of a supernatant liquid 12, until the nitric acid ion concentration is decreased to a predetermined concentration or lower; and a surface treating step (Fig.2(f)) of adding a predetermined amount of a surface treating agent to the precipitate 11 and further, maintaining a state of heating the precipitate at a predetermined temperature for a predetermined time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
