FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used in making ring-like parts, particularly, for grinding grooves in ring-like part inner side. Proposed device comprises post with rotary case including part locating seat with clamp ring, case rotary drive, link, guide, hollow shaft, crank, slide and levers. Said hollow shaft is fixed at said port to make pivot of rotary case. Guide consists of fixed base case with two pairs of resilient plates wherefrom suspended is moving case. Base case is rigidly fitted at hollow shaft while spindle with cutter is fitted on moving case. One of said levers is mounted at the post to transmit motion to slide link engaged with pins at rotary case outer cylindrical surface. Number of pins equals that of machined grooves. Another lever is arranged inside hollow shaft to transmit reciprocation from link to moving case. Rotary case is composed of drum while its drive is made up of weight interacting with rotary case via flexible linkage.EFFECT: better manufacturability, ease of assembly.3 cl, 5 dwg |
