PURPOSE: A geothermal heat exchange system for cooling and heating is provided to reduce the depth of heat exchange pipes by employing spiral tubes with different pitches according to stratum in a soil layer with a low thermal conductivity. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal heat exchange system for cooling and heating, which is constructed by boring holes(50) in the ground and inserting heat exchange pipes(60) in the holes, uses a grouting material(55). The grouting material contains graphite or copper powder added to cement or bentonite, where the contents of the graphite and copper powder relative to the water and cement or bentonite are 10-50 wt% and 4-8 wt% and the minimum diameter of the graphite and copper powder is 100 Mm.
