PURPOSE: A Photorhabdus temperata M1021(KACC91627P)-derived novel pesticidal protein is provided to be used as a novel biological pesticide. CONSTITUTION: A pesticidal protein has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3, and is isolated from Photorhabdus temperata M1021(KACC91627P). A gene of the pesticidal protein encodes an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3, and has a base sequence of sequence number 4. A recombinant expression vector contains the gene. A transformant expresses the pesticidal protein which is transformed with the recombinant expression vector. A pesticidal composition contains the pesticidal protein.
