<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of efficiently extracting light from an organic EL element and having high energy efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An organic EL device 1 includes a transparent substrate 10, an organic EL element 20 provided on one surface of the transparent substrate 10, and a back side substrate 30 provided on a side opposite to the transparent substrate 10 in the organic EL element 20. The organic EL element 20 is a laminate formed by laminating a transparent electrode layer 21, a hole injection layer 22, a hole transport layer 23, a light emitting layer 24, an electron transport layer 25, an electron injection layer 26 and a reflective electrode layer 27, in order, from a side of the transparent substrate 10, and the electron transport layer 25 has a thickness of 30-70 nm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
