<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a massage effect by a sole acupressure tool by applying acupressure to the sole not only in the state of wearing a shoe but also in the relaxed state of taking off the shoe. <P>SOLUTION: In the sole acupressure tool (1) for stimulating many pressure points present on the sole side and applying the acupressure to the sole, an acupressure body (4) for stimulating the sole is attached to a footrest (3) for mounting a foot (2). Further, for the acupressure body (4), a rotary shaft (8) is attached orthogonally to an extending direction of the sole on the footrest (3), and a rotating body (9) is freely rotatably provided on the rotary shaft (8).
