PURPOSE: A fuel cut solenoid valve control device of a fuel pump motor is provided to control the operation of the fuel pump motor and to reduce a voltage applied to the fuel cut solenoid valve, thereby preventing an increase in the temperature of the fuel cut solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cut solenoid valve control device of a fuel pump motor comprises a valve driving device(40), a control unit(50), and a valve driving unit(41). The valve driving member includes a valve driving unit and a gate driving circuit and a fuel cut solenoid valve installed in a fuel supply line. The control unit controls the operation of the valve driving member. The valve driving unit includes a FET device including N-channel MOSFET.
