PURPOSE: An uplink data transmission device and a method thereof are provided to transmit data to a base station through an uplink sharing channel by mapping data on a resource block using location information within a received block. CONSTITUTION: A resource mapping unit maps data on a data transmission symbol of a PUSCH(Physical Uplink Shared Channel) using location information within a resource block provided from an information reception unit(2010). A DMRS(DeModulation Reference Signal) generation unit generates the DMRS of an uplink share channel using information for the DMRS provided from the information reception unit. An uplink share channel transmission unit transmits the DMRS generated by the DMRS generation unit and the data mapped on the resource mapping unit.
