PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an influence of electromagnetic waves transmitted by an electronic apparatus on wireless communication quality.

SOLUTION: A communication interference electromagnetic wave measurement device comprises: a first antenna line (102) to which communication signals by a wireless communication protocol are applied; a second antenna line (103) which performs transmission and reception with the first antenna line by the wireless communication protocol; a measurement element (200) to which the respective first antenna line and second antenna line are connected; and a communication quality measurement device (101) which is connected to the second antenna line and performs measurement of communication quality. The measurement element comprises: a substrate; first wiring on the substrate which is electrically connected to the first antenna line; and second wiring on the substrate which is electrically connected to the second antenna line.
