<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable improvement of efficiency of collation work after a paper bundle is removed because of paper clogging on a conveyor. <P>SOLUTION: Reflection type paper detection sensors 17 to 20 for detecting whether or not a paper bundle is present on a plurality of frames on a conveyor 15 and a paper supply control unit 21 for controlling so that paper supply to an empty frame from paper supply parts 11 to 14 on a downstream side in a conveying direction of a position where the reflection type paper detection sensors 17 to 20 are present which have detected the empty frame is stopped when the empty frame in which a paper bundle is absent is detected, are provided, and when a collating device is restarted after removing the paper bundle from the frame where paper clogging has occurred, by controlling so that paper supply from paper supply parts 11 to 14 is not performed to the empty frame, an incomplete collation bundle is prevented from being produced, thus making work to sort the incomplete collation bundle into paper supply trays 11a to 14a unnecessary. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
