<p>The invention relates to an electric competition vehicle or a powertrain assembly with mono-energy propulsion, comprising a permanent non-slip mechanical kinematic chain transmission upstream and downstream from a gearbox with non-synchronised gears, without clutch or coupler. Electronic control means selectively controlling said engine, controlling the torque during propulsion with no shift in gears, and controlling the speed during a phase of shifting from one gear to another. According to another aspect of the invention, said invention also proposes a method of managing said propulsion, comprising a control for upshifting and downshifting gears comprising: disengagement of a first gear, including control of the engine to cancel the transmitted torque, calculation of a desired speed compatible with a second gear, control of the engine speed to bring same to said desired speed, engagement of said second gear, and return to control of the torque. The invention further relates to such a system and method wherein the speed is reduced by controlling means of recovering electrical energy at the maximum capacity of same; and/or gear shifting is controlled by pneumatic actuators acting respectively when upshifting, downshifting and locking in neutral in one direction.</p> |
