<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic motor capable of suppressing an increase in a contact area between a mover and a stator along with progress of abrasion and decreasing fluctuation in driving force. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 2 of an ultrasonic motor 1 is in pressure-contact with a pair of support parts 11, 12 of a stator 3. Contact surfaces 21, 22 are respectively formed on an upper portion of the support parts 11,12 along an outer peripheral surface 2b of the rotor 2. Step portions 23, 25 are formed on the contact surface 21 as well as step portions 24, 25 are formed on the contact surface 22, so that a contact distance between the rotor 2 and the stator 3 is regulated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
