<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress warpage of an air filter including a frame member formed such that a plurality of annular parts arranged concentrically in a surface of a mesh member and a plurality of connection parts connecting the adjacent annular parts of a linear shape together are integrated. <P>SOLUTION: Each connection part (42) is provided with a low rigidity part (42b) which shows lower rigidity compared with a body part (42a).
