PURPOSE: A fabric softener and detergent composition is provided to prevent degradation of phase stability by having excellent solubility and to prevent the generation of wrinkles after drying. CONSTITUTION: A fabric softener and detergent composition comprises a polymer compound represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, DE(Dextrose Equivalent) is 0-30; A+B is an integer from 5 or more; and A(A+B) is 0.01-0.5. The polymer compound comprises 0.1-5 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of the composition. The cationic surfactant additionally comprises a cationic surfactant.
