PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor.

SOLUTION: The multilayer ceramic capacitor includes: a ceramic element having a plurality of dielectric layers stacked therein; a plurality of inner electrodes formed on the plurality of dielectric layers; margin dielectric layers formed on margin parts of the dielectric layers on which the inner electrodes are not formed, the margin dielectric layers having a porosity of 10% or less; and outer electrodes formed on outer surfaces of the ceramic element.
