AUTONOMIC NERVE MODULATING AGENT INCLUDING EUDESMOL AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomic nerve modulating agent exhibiting health functions in mild conditions from the health oriented-viewpoint.

SOLUTION: The autonomic nerve modulating agent includes: one or more eudesmols among an α-eudesmol, β-eudesmol, and γ-eudesmol as active ingredients. A content of the active ingredients is 5-100 ppb in terms of the total content of the eudesmol(s) therein. The autonomic nerves modulating agent exhibits health functions in mild conditions by the autonomic nerve modulating action of the eudesmol(s) when a specific amount of the eudesmol(s) is(are) contained as the active ingredient(s).
