<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce material cost and weight while securing strength of a core metal. <P>SOLUTION: The steering wheel 101 has a core metal 10 including: a hub core metal part 20 engaging with a steering shaft; a spoke core metal part 30 extending approximately radially around the hub core metal part 20; and a rim core metal part 40 supported by the spoke core metal part 30 and formed annularly so as to surround the hub core metal part 20.
