CONSTITUTION: A situation description subtitle information management unit(210) generates situation description subtitle information about a broadcast program. A subtitle organization information management unit(220) generates subtitle organization information corresponding to the situation description subtitle information. A request receiving unit(230) receives a request for the situation description subtitle information. A situation description subtitle information providing unit(240) provides the situation description subtitle information to a terminal based on the subtitle organization information. The terminal displays a situation description subtitle about the broadcast program on a display unit.
