BATTERY SYSTEM MONITORING DEVICE AND POWER STORAGE DEVICE WITH THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery system monitoring device capable of detecting current leakage on a voltage input side, correcting a voltage when the current leakage occurs, and also avoiding over-charging of a unit cell.

SOLUTION: A cell controller IC 100 controlling a cell group 120 to which plural unit cells 110 are serially connected is provided with a balancing switch 108 for balancing-discharging the unit cells 110 for each unit cell. A voltage input resistor 101 is serially provided to voltage detection lines SL1-5 measuring a voltage between terminals of the unit cells 110. A balancing-discharging circuit constituted by the balancing switch 108 and a balancing resistor 102 serially connected to it is connected between the voltage detection line connected to a positive electrode of the unit cell 110 and the voltage detection line connected to a negative electrode. These connection points are provided nearer the cell group 120 than the voltage input resistor 101, and the cell controller IC 100 further comprises a leakage detection switch 109.
