PURPOSE: A no-fuel turbine is provided to obtain power as much as desired. CONSTITUTION: A no-fuel turbine is formed as follows. The weight of a gear(13) is increased to be larger than a gear(12) attached in a gear core at a position where a clutch bearing gear(8) and a fixed ladder gear(9) are engaged and moved up in a left side. The left side weight is not existed, and the right side weight is increased so that power becomes infinity.
