PURPOSE: A hybrid acoustic/electric signal converting device is provided to have a stable operation both on a circuit board for microphone and on a circuit board for package. CONSTITUTION: An acoustic/electric signal converting device(100) systemically comprises a cover vessel(110), mechanical objects(150), and a printed circuit board(190). Instruments are accommodated in a fixed state inside of the cover vessel and are vibrated by a sound inputted into the cover vessel. The printed circuit board supports the cover vessel, is equipped with a circuit chip which processes a capacitance change electrically according to the vibration of the instruments, and is mounted on a circuit board of the electronic device side. A load resistor for driving the circuit chip is arranged in one part of the printed circuit board. The circuit board of the electronic device side, a ground terminal, a signal output terminal, and a power acquiring terminal are arranged in the other part of the printed circuit board. The load resistor is electrically connected with the signal output terminal and the power acquiring terminal, and the circuit chip is a JFET[Junction Field Effect Transistor]. The load resistor is connected with the drain terminal of the JFET. |
