<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lower-priced, noise-reduced, and highly-efficient brushless motor. <P>SOLUTION: A brushless motor comprises an exterior iron core 3a having a plurality of groove holes, permanent magnets 2 each embedded in the plurality of groove holes, and an interior iron core 3b coupled to an output shaft, the brushless motor being integrally structured with a resin 4 that has an insulating capacity. The interior iron core 3b coupled to the output shaft and the exterior iron core 3a are insulated by a resin that has an insulating capacity, and the permanent magnets 2 embedded in the exterior iron core 3a are covered by the resin 4 at both side surfaces of the shaft direction, and the surfaces in contact with the exterior iron core are partially or fully covered by the resin 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
