PURPOSE: A controlling method, a system, and a recording medium for a blind device are provided to adjust the height and inclination of a blind by sensing an adjacent human to the blind. CONSTITUTION: A controlling method for a blind device is implemented by a display unit, an interface unit, a control unit, and a user terminal(150) comprising a communication unit. The display unit displays an interface screen for controlling a blind device(110) and receives a blind input signal from a user. The control unit produces a control signal with respect to one or more blinds to transmit to the blind device through the communication unit. The blind control device comprises a human detection sensor part for sensing the location of an adjacent human in order to adjust the height and inclination of the blind(112).
