<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining method that can join materials composed of an aluminum-base metal, for example, to each other with low pressurization in the atmosphere without using flux and minimize influence on a base material and the circumference, and various joined components formed by applying such a joining method. <P>SOLUTION: An insert material 2 is interposed between superposed materials 1, 1 to be joined, and in this state, the materials 1, 1 to be joined are heated while being relatively pressed to cause a eutectic reaction between the materials 1, 1 to be joined and the insert material 2. When a fused material of the eutectic reaction is discharged from the joining surface along with oxide films 1a of the materials to be joined, to join the materials 1, 1 to be joined, the materials 1 to be joined and the insert material 2 are brought into contact in such a manner that the oxide films 1a are destroyed by a stress concentrating means provided beforehand at one joining part at least, to form a starting point for the eutectic reaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
