A 3D display panel (100) and a manufacturing method thereof. The method includes the following steps: forming a liquid crystal layer (130) between a first substrate (110) and a second substrate (120); disposing a polaroid (140) outside the second substrate (120); providing a 3D display sheet (150); and disposing the 3D display sheet (150) outside the first substrate (110). The 3D display panel (100) can improve the view angle problem of the existing 3D display.
