<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an effect that a plurality of times of winning games may become only low-advantage winning games when a plurality of times of high-probability winning continuously occur. <P>SOLUTION: A first lottery is executed by the entering of balls into a fixed start port, and a second lottery is executed by the entering of the balls into an opening/closing start port. When there occurs winning in either of the lotteries, a winning game is executed and a winning probability after the finish of the winning game is set to a low probability or a high probability. Furthermore, a high-advantage winning game and a low-advantage winning game are prepared as the winning games, it can be decided to set the high probability by executing the high-advantage winning game, and also it can be decided to set the low probability by executing the high-advantage winning game, and in the winning of the second lottery, it can be decided to set the high probability by executing the high-advantage winning game, and also it can be decided to set the high probability by executing the low-advantage winning game.
