<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a secondary battery capable of causing non-aqueous electrolyte to be impregnated in a shorter time period. <P>SOLUTION: A secondary battery has a battery case and an electrode plate group that is accommodated inside the battery case and is constituted of positive and negative electrode plates and separators interposed among them. The electrode plate group is impregnated with non-aqueous electrolyte. A manufacturing method of the secondary battery comprises the steps of: replacing air inside the battery case with a gas having the Ostwald solubility coefficient not less than 2.0 to the non-aqueous electrolyte; depressurizing inside the battery case inside which the air is replaced with the gas; and injecting the non-aqueous electrolyte into the depressurized battery case. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
