PURPOSE: A regulator device is provided to enable operating a device supplying power and measuring the property of the power converting efficiency of a regulator by comprising a quasi load circuit. CONSTITUTION: Multiple regulators(110A,110B,110C) are installed between a power input terminal(102) and power output terminals(104,106) in parallel. The multiple regulators converts power inputted from the power input terminal for outputting to the power output terminal. A quasi load circuit(400) is connected to a power output system. A control part(146) selects the regulator outputting to the power output terminal and the regulator outputting to the quasi load circuit. An acquisition part acquires conversion efficiency property information. The conversion efficiency property information has the property of power conversion efficiency of current flowing in the quasi load circuit.
