PURPOSE: An address transforming circuit including a random code generator and a semiconductor memory device including the same are provided to improve reliability by uniformly accessing a memory cell array. CONSTITUTION: A power-up signal generator(110) generates a power-up signal. A random code generator(120) is included in a semiconductor memory device and generates a random code. An address scrambler(130) generates a second address by converting bits of a first address in response into the random code.
