<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution capable of effectively preventing an erroneous detection caused by an external disturbance light by attaining a sure constraint against that an internal reflection light (external disturbance light) generated by a cover is entered into a photo-sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In a laser radar device 1, a filter member 90 is arranged at a front and lower side of a light receiving surface 20a of a photo-diode 20, and this filter member 90 is configured to have an angle dependence for restricting a transmission in proportion as an angle made with a lower surface 90a of the filter member 90 becomes smaller, and so as to restrict the transmission of the external disturbance light in an oblique direction toward the photo-sensor side from a transmission plate 80. With regard to a normal reflection light (reflection light from a subject in the external space) to be guided upward by a concave mirror 41, since the filter member 90 is constituted so as to transmit as for the light in the vertical direction, it becomes hard to be restricted when transmitting through the filter member 90. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
