<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a header plate and a tank plate to be joined reliably while suppressing occurrence of turbulence by enlarging a connection port with a supply/discharge tube part when a cap member is provided at the end part of a cylinder part having the header plate and tank plate. <P>SOLUTION: In a heat exchanger 1 equipped with a tube 2 and a header tank 10, the header tank 10 includes a cylinder part 13 made of a combination of the header plate 11 and tank plate 12 and a cap member 14. The header plate 11 and tank plate 12 are arranged so as to overlap in an inner/outer direction of the cylinder part 13. The cap member 14 includes a fitting part 14b fit outside of the end part in the cylinder part 13 and a swaging part 14c swaged from outside with respect to an overlapping part of the header plate 11 and tank plate 12 in the cylinder part 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
