摘要 PURPOSE: A resource assignment method in an overlapped wireless network environment and a resource management method are provided to effectively manage and assign resources by considering interference between cells in the overlapped wireless network environment. CONSTITUTION: A macro BS(Base Station) receives an assignment constraint sub-frame pattern list from a communication network equipment management unit(1401). The macro BS determines the number of assignment constraint sub-frame numbers(1403). The macro BS notifies a small BS about a determined assignment constraint sub-frame pattern by determining the assignment constraint sub-frame pattern(1405,1407). The macro BS does not assign wireless resources for a terminal in an assignment constraint sub-frame according to the assignment constraint sub-frame pattern and assigns the wireless resources for the terminal in a normal sub-frame(1409).
