PURPOSE: A variant luciferase protein, a refinement process, a coding gene, a recombinant vector, a host cell, a biosensor for detecting agricultural chemicals, and a method for detecting agricultural chemicals using the same are provided to rapidly detect biological phosphorus method using fluorescence reaction of enzyme. CONSTITUTION: A variant luciferase protein has amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. Amino line sequence of sequence number 1 is substituted with arginine(R) for 19th amino acid glutamine(Q) of luciferase protein, glycine(G) for 21th amino acid tryptophan(W), 167th amino acid lysine(K) for arginine(R).
