PURPOSE: An operating method of a display driver, host for controlling the display driver, and a system including the same are provided to reduce power consumption by implementing mode conversion between a video mode and a command mode according to a mode conversion command while operating. CONSTITUTION: A data/synchro decoder(210) restores an image signal from a data stream packet. The data/synchro decoder restores a vertical synchro signal from a vertical synchro packet. The data/synchro decoder restores a horizontal synchro signal from a horizontal synchro packet. A first switch circuit(211) transmits a restore image signal to a first selection circuit(219). A second switch circuit(213) transmits the restore image signal to a frame memory(215). A frame memory controller(217) can control the light movement or read operation of the frame memory. A command decoder(220) decodes a command packet. The command decoder generates an access control signal, multiple switching signals, multiple selection signals, and an enable signal. A control circuit(230) transmits a TE control signal and an error information to a host.
