PURPOSE: A noodle making device for viscosity free grains is provided to manufacture firm noodle, and to improve a sticky taste and intrinsic taste of grains including rice, corn etc. CONSTITUTION: A noodle making device for viscosity free grains comprises: a dough molder(110) forming high viscosity dough by mechanically stirring a mixture of water and 100wt% of low viscosity or viscosity free grain flour; and a molder(120) manufacturing noodle by pressure-molding the dough formed by the dough molder. A cap for forming viscosity is arranged in an outlet of the dough molder to change the moving direction of the dough ejected from the dough molder to the opposite direction by intercepting with a strong pressure, and induce the dough to be moved and ejected to the regular direction. |
