PURPOSE: A vibration-proof member for a railway vehicle is provided to reinforce durability by installing an intermediate plate divided into side plates and an anti-slip part. CONSTITUTION: A vibration-proof member for a railway vehicle comprises a shaft(100), an elastic member(200), an intermediate plate(300), a block(400), and a finishing member(500). The shaft has expanded blades at both ends of a main shaft. Connection shafts connected to a bogie frame and a link arm are arranged on the exterior of the blades. The elastic member is fixed on the main shaft to absorb vibration force generated in driving. The intermediate plate comprises left and right side plates and an anti-slip part and is primarily formed on the exterior of the elastic member. The stopper is arranged on the anti-slip part to transfer the vibration and impact transferred from a torsion direction to the elastic member. |
