SPACE SHARING SYSTEM, SERVER, USER TERMINAL, SPACE SHARING METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a space sharing system that can cause users actually sharing a real space to smoothly perform offline communication and record the communication content on-line.

SOLUTION: A server 2 acquires positional information of each user terminal 3 from a GPS etc. and transmits a friend detection instruction using a short-distance communication function to a user terminal 3a when it is detected that the user terminal 3a and a friend user terminal 3b thereof are present in the neighborhood in the real space. The user terminal 3a starts the short-distance communication function and detects the friend user terminal 3b when receiving the friend detection instruction from the server 2. When the short-distance communication with the detected friend user terminal 3b is successful, a request for forming a group including the friend user terminal 3b and the self user terminal 3a is transmitted to the server 2. When the server 2 receives the group formation request, the server 2 forms the group and registers the group in a data base 208.
