Proposed steel comprises the following components in wt %: carbon 0.16 - 0.28, manganese 1.15 - 1.48, silicon 0.23 - 0.51, chromium 0.01 - 0.10, nickel 0.16 - 0.45, copper 0.23 - 0.57, aluminium 0.02 - 0.04, calcium 0.015 - 0.04, barium 0.015 - 0.04, titanium 0.008 - 0.02, uron making the rest.
