SPRAYING WATERPROOF AGENT USING RUBBER-ASPHALT EMULSION OF TWO-COMPONENT MODIFIED POLYMERS AND WATERPROOFING METHODS USING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A spraying waterproof agent is provided to reduce air by quick curing and to have excellent elongation mobility and adhesion and to use a 2-compoent type modified polymer-based asphalt emulsion. CONSTITUTION: A spraying waterproof agent for 2-component type modified polymer-based rubber asphalt emulsion comprises 60-90 weight% of a base and 10-40 weight% of a hardener. The base consists of 10-60 weight% of asphalt, 1-10 weight% of anionic emulsifier, 10-60 weight% of a polymer, 1-10 weight% of caustic soda, and 10-60 weight% of water. The anionic emulsifier is selected from resin acid sodium salt or alkylbenzene sulfonate salt. The polymer is selected from polyvinylacetate or aqueous chloroprene rubber. The hardener consists of octylphenol ethoxylate, 0.1-1 weight% of calcium nitrate, and 60-90 weight% of water.
